About these terms

These terms apply to your use of muntry.au and to the website design and dashboard services we offer. The site is operated by muntry.au (ABN 96 508 049 098), 3 Ladybower Vista, Aveley WA 6069. By using the site or our services you agree to them. If you have a written quote or agreement with us, it takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Our services

• Website build. A one-off fee, from $999 including GST. The exact price and scope are confirmed in a written quote before work starts. You own the domain and the content.
• Dashboard. $20 per month during the pilot, plus 0.5% of the value of invoices you generate through muntry. It is month to month and you can cancel at any time.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless we say otherwise.

Payments

Customer payments made through muntry are processed by a third-party payment provider and settle into your own bank account. muntry does not hold your money. The provider's standard card fees apply and muntry adds no margin on them. You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes and invoices you issue, including your ABN and GST treatment.

Using this site

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to it. Content on the site, including text, design and the muntry name and logo, belongs to muntry.au or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Guides and general information

The guides and other information on this site are general information for catering businesses. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice. Talk to your own adviser about your circumstances. Estimates such as time saved are estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction.
