What personal information we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us through the form on this site or by email or phone: your name, business name, email address, and what you need.
  • Account and billing details if you become a customer of the muntry dashboard or a website build: contact details, business details including your ABN, and billing information handled by our payment provider.
  • Website usage information collected by Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and identifiers set by cookies.
  • Server logs kept by our web server, such as IP address, time and the page requested.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and provide the services you ask for.
  • To invoice you and take payment.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To keep the site secure and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run muntry, such as Google (analytics), our payment provider (currently Stripe), and our email and hosting providers. Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle it appropriately.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and similar identifiers to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our tax and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@muntry.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
